COMPACT AND EFFICIENT
This 18” dome radar delivers 4 kW transmit power and clear echo definition at all ranges. It has a maximum range of 48 nautical miles (88 km) and a rotational speed of 48 or 24 rpm. for quick refresh of the screen.
HIGH RESOLUTION RADAR
The GMR™ 18 xHD features high-resolution 8-bit true color that provides exceptional target separation with less screen clutter on the plotter.

DYNAMIC AUTO GAIN
The gain levels are automatically adjusted to the optimal settings for harbors, close to the coast and offshore in open water.
DYNAMIC SEA FILTER
Gain automatically adjusts sea clutter for calm, medium and rough sea conditions.
DOUBLE RANGE OPERATION
This feature enables the fully independent split-screen display of far and close range radar views.
DO NOT TRANSMIT ZONE
You have the option to protect areas behind the radar from being irradiated, while the forward radar function is complete. It also makes the installation more flexible.
RADAR OVERLAY
Superimpose radar images on the chart side of the plotter. You can add an additional autopilot or heading sensor (sold separately) for best results.
MARPA TARGET TRACKING
The GMR™ 18 xHD provides MARPA target tracking when combined with a multifunction display and heading sensor (sold separately).
