The EMAO3i Inflatable Radar Reflector is certified to Chapter 4, Part 4, Section 1.1.14 of the Merchant Shipping (Lifesaving Equipment Regulations 1986 and therefore Chapter III, Regulation 38.5.1.14 of the 1983 Amendments to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) 1974.
