Description
The Echomax EM230BR replaces the discontinued Blipper 210-7 and is SOLAS approved. The EM230BR is suitable for medium and larger vessels. Robust Polyethylene container, which can be delivered in white, orange, yellow, red, green or black.
The EM230 model has been successfully tested by QinetiQ to ISO8729-1999, and meets the RORC, ORC, ISAF2012/13 and WCC minimum 10m2 requirements.
The Echomax EM230 has been assigned a NATO StockNo.5840-99-742-6193 following the adoption and use of the EchomaxEM230 by the British Armed Forces and other units worldwide.
Used by the US Navy as a target etc.
EM230BR has "Ships-Wheel-Mark" / SOLAS certification for lifeboats and rescue vessels, which became mandatory in December 2012.
