Shadow relief
Available for UK, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands and Norway, this unique shading feature combines color and shading to give you an easy-to-read view of the bottom profile, making it easy to find artificial reefs, underwater reefs and more more. Relief shading can be downloaded from the ActiveCaptain® app.
Shading of depth areas
This function allows you to shade up to ten 10 depth intervals for maximum overview of depth curves for your particular use.
Shading of shallow water
Get clear markings of shallow water that should be avoided, with shading of all areas lower than a user-defined depth.
Detailed depth curves
BlueChart g3 charts feature depth curves every 30cm (1ft) for a more detailed representation of bottom structure on the Enhanced Fish Chart, as well as improved detail in shallows, channels and harbours.
High resolution satellite images
High-resolution satellite images overlaid with the navigation map give you a realistic view of your surroundings. It is our most realistic chart display in a plotter – ideal for getting an overview of foreign marinas and ports.
