Glomex wants to make life easier for boat owners by offering a new universal, robust, high performance, adaptable to any need and quick mounting antenna. With FME connection, quick screw mounting.
The antenna is made with the best raw materials, and composed of a fiberglass rod, which makes it more stable/calm. The rod is UV-treated so that the internal brass elements are protected. The antenna is 1.2 m long, with an amplification/gain of 6dB. The antenna is both for mounting on sailing and motor boats thanks to various optional mounting brackets. The base of the antenna is 5/8" x 24 thread that can be matched with optional brackets via an adapter.
In addition, the antenna can be supplied with high-quality Glomex RG8X low loss coaxial cable. The cable is offered in different lengths and is already pre-installed with FME connectors. All these features allow boat owners to have great freedom in the implementation of the VHF/FM/DAB & AIS systems and to have an extremely easy and fast installation thanks to the FME-UHF adapter and various optional mounting brackets.
