The harbor guide 6 describes Denmark and southwestern Sweden. This harbor guide covers all of Denmark with the exception of Bornholm. In addition, we have included the Swedish west coast from Skanör in the south up to Gothenburg in the north. Bornholm and Sweden's south and east coast are covered by Hamnguiden 7 (Swedish text). In this 4th edition of the Harbor guide Denmark and Southwestern Sweden, we have updated information about each individual harbor and at the same time have introduced blue boat symbols in pictures and maps. Guest bridges are also marked with their own red line, so they are easy to find. The symbols show which type of mooring you can expect when you arrive in port, so you are as well prepared as possible. In the text you will also find information on the maximum permitted size of vessels that can call at the port. We have mentioned both harbors and anchorages. Each gate is presented on a full page in the book. Helicopter images together with map drawing and text give you good and useful information. The text about each port is divided into a general and a maritime part. The general part provides information about the place you are visiting, a brief historical background and the activities you can do. The maritime department provides information on where and how to moor, what you should be aware of when entering and other special conditions around the port. The website address and the port's telephone number can be found in the fact box and are updated in this edition. Here you will also find a short overview of the facilities the port has to offer. This harbor guide is divided into six sailing areas. A planning map has been prepared for each area, where each port is marked. The planning map is a useful aid when discussing and planning tomorrow's trip. In addition, there is an alphabetical harbor overview at the back of the book.
