The Mk3 displays the SOS signal, as defined in Appendix 4 of "COLLREGS", as well as a powerful attention-grabbing light that covers the entire hemisphere showing a light pattern like a traditional hand-held pyrotechnic flare.
With 3 pcs. standard AA L91 Lithium batteries, easily replaced, light the Mk3 for at least 6 hours.
At the bottom of the flare there is a thread so that desired mounting is possible.
Mk3 is safe and light, has high performance and is waterproof. Mk3 uses 21 pcs. bright red LED bulbs.
