Silva 85 Kompas is a practical small flush compass for smaller engines and sailboats. Large holes are not required for installation.
The Silva 85 compass is a stable compass for small, fast boats. It has 45 degree guide lines and a memory ring for setting the desired course. The clear compass scale and quick readability make this compass perfect for navigating at high speed. The flat bottom design enables "flush" installation without large holes in the boat.
A common configuration in dinghies and smaller sailboats is two Silva 85 compasses, one mounted on each side. This allows you to move more freely in the boat.
Thanks to the excellent damping of the compass rose, the Silva 85 is suitable for high speeds and rough conditions.
